This study investigates the use of TikTok as a learning medium for Aqidah Akhlak among tenth-grade students at MAN 1 Padangsidimpuan, while also identifying challenges in its implementation. Adopting a descriptive qualitative approach, the research involved observations, interviews, and documentation. Findings suggest that TikTok positively influences student interest and comprehension, facilitating easier material delivery through video content. However, challenges such as limited internet access, insufficient teacher skills in educational content creation, and the necessity for supervision to align usage with learning objectives were noted. As the first place children learn values and norms, the family shapes adolescents' Islamic behavior. This study describes moral education for adolescents and parents' role in instilling moral values in Desa Sitaratoit, Angkola Barat District, Tapanuli Selatan Regency. The descriptive qualitative study uses observation, interviews, and documentation with parents and adolescents as informants. The results show that some adolescents still struggle with religious duties, parental respect, and self- and social-respect. Peer influence, inconsistent parental supervision, and increased digital media exposure, which can conflict with Islamic values, contribute to these shortcomings. Village parents have encouraged religious activities and set examples through daily conduct to guide and advise. Working parents still struggle with time constraints, parenting styles, and external influences. One relevant source of moral values is Fihi Ma Fihi by Jalaluddin Rumi, which is rich in spiritual and ethical messages. This study aims to analyze the character education values contained in the translated version of Fihi Ma Fihi and explore their relevance for strengthening character today, using content analysis methods with the main source being the translated text of Fihi Ma Fihi and supported by related literature. The findings show that Fihi Ma Fihi highlights two main character values: religious values—including awareness of God, obedience, steadfastness, repentance, and humility—and integrity values, reflected in honesty, responsibility, and consistency between words and actions. Both values are highly relevant and align with the character education promoted by the Ministry of Education and Culture. The background of this research is based on the low level of student participation and motivation due to the teacher-centered learning approach. This study employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were the Fiqh teacher and grade XI students. The findings indicate that the implementation of the group discussion method was effective in increasing student engagement during the learning process. Students became more active, confident in expressing opinions, and demonstrated good teamwork within their groups. Furthermore, the discussion method positively influenced students’ critical thinking and communication skills. Although there were some obstacles such as varying levels of student participation and limited time, overall, the group discussion method proved to be effective in creating an interactive and meaningful learning environment. The Islamic values referred to include aspects of faith, morality, and social awareness as reflected in the daily lives of the community. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that mosque youth in Sungai Korang Village play a significant role in nurturing and disseminating Islamic values through various religious, social, and educational activities. They actively organize Qur’anic study sessions, recitation circles, Islamic discussions, and social initiatives such as community clean-ups and charity programs. Furthermore, they use social media creatively to spread Islamic messages in ways that are engaging for the younger generation. Supporting factors include strong community backing and the religious enthusiasm of the youth, while obstacles include limited funding and the lack of consistent guidance from religious leaders.
