Abstract

Literary works are a reflection of life, life cannot be separated from the relationship between society and personal psychology. This research is a literature research with data in the form of paragraphs contained in the novel banat riyardh. Data collection techniques are reading and recording techniques. Data valiity techniques in this research by trianggulation of data. The purpose of this study is to explain the psychological aspects of the personality of the main character in the novel Banat Riyardh by King Abdul Al-Sani. The result of this study is that the Qamrah character has a personality aspect, namely the id aspect including a sense of wanting to protect self-esteem, a sense of wanting to improve themselves, and a sense of wanting to protect women. Aspects of the ego include never giving up, struggle, defending yourself. The superego aspect includes awareness of the necessities of life for norms in Saudi society.
